By placing an order on webshop.gantoise.be, you accept these terms and conditions.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
  • Payment is made online via Bancontact or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) through Mollie.
  • An order is only final once payment has been received.
  • Payment on collection is not possible.
  • Any additional costs, such as shipping costs, are clearly communicated before the final confirmation of the order.

Collection

  • At checkout you choose a collection slot. Collection takes place:
  • Sunday during the Super Sundays at Noorderlaan 25, 9000 Ghent
  • Wednesday from 13:30 to 18:00 at the bar of Noorderlaan 10, 9000 Ghent
  • Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 at the welcome kiosk of Noorderlaan 10, 9000 Ghent
  • If an order was not collected at the scheduled moment, it is offered again at the next collection moment, for a maximum of 15 days. After that, you can get in touch via [email protected] to arrange collection.

Home delivery

  • Shipping costs are charged separately after the order has been prepared. You will receive a payment link for this.
  • Delivery is handled by Bpost.

Delivery area

  • Delivery is possible within Belgium.
  • Delivery outside Belgium is not provided, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

  • You have 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.
  • Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to measure or clearly personalised (e.g. textile with a name or number). This is clearly stated on the products concerned.
  • Withdrawal must be notified via [email protected]. You must use the model withdrawal form for this.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer.
  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, including the standard delivery costs (where applicable).

Warranty, conformity & liability

  • A legal warranty of 2 years applies to the products concerned, in accordance with Belgian consumer law.
  • The delivered products must conform to the contract as set out in the articles on legal conformity in the Code of Economic Law.
  • In the event of a defective product, contact [email protected] immediately upon discovery and at the latest 7 days after that discovery.
  • GANTOISE vzw is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
  • The liability of GANTOISE vzw is always limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Complaints procedure

  • Complaints can be submitted via [email protected].
  • We handle every complaint within a reasonable period.

Dispute resolution

Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of East Flanders, Ghent division, or the justice of the peace of the second canton of Ghent have jurisdiction. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
